Involved with the group’s strategies; Planning to support offline and online the advertising; Involved in the marketing planning and activations for the retail division; Analytical and proactive approach to online marketing; Overseeing the groups campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment; Constantly and actively controlling the CRM to maximise the online marketing campaigns; Support to web marketing promotions and the company’s website management;  Floriana is the groups brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.

Floriana’s Education background:

Graduated at Università Suor Orsola Benincasa, in Marketing and Communication Naples (Italy), Master Marketing and communication at John Cabot University, Rome (Italy)
